- Do I need to place a deposit for parties
- YES, we do require a $50.00 deposit to confirm your party date and time. The deposit is deducted from your total and you pay the balance on the day of your party. Deposit is expected at the time of booking. We will hold your reservation for 7 days, if deposit is not recieved before then, you will lose your reservation slot. (Example: Customer calls the playland on March 1 to book a party. Customer has until March 8 to pay deposit or reservation will be automatically cancelled.)Please call the office at 814-881-7915 if you have any questions.
- How can I pay my deposit?
- There are three ways to pay your deposit, you can come to the center during our open hours, pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover card over the phone, or mail deposit to 2736 West 12th Street Erie Pa 16505. Please make checks payable to Brad's Bounce A Lot Rentals, LLC
- What happens if I forget to pay my deposit?
- If your deposit is not received within the 7 days, your reservation will be cancelled and your time slot will open up to the public. You can call the office to reschedule but keep in mind your reservation may may no longer be available after it has been opened up. So, please make sure you pay your deposit on time or call us if there is a delay.
- Can adults play on the inflatables
- We allow the adults to ASSIST the small kids UNDER AGE OF 5 through the obstacle course and giant slide. For safety reasons, We don't allow adults to play on the inflatables. Parents are free to to play our 9 hole miniature golf course, mini hoops, or any non-ride. Our facility is designed for ages 2 thru 13 years old.
- Is there a charge for parents?
- NO, parent admission is free.
- Can I bring my own food or beverage for my party?
- No outside Food or Drinks allowed. You may bring in cake, birthday cookies, and ice cream. No outside food. Any outside food not approved brought in to the playland, you will be asked to return to the car. It is to ensure consistency and fairness to all that book parties with us. We have recently expanded our menu, in addition to offering Pizza, Hot dogs,Sub trays and soda pitcher services, we've added wings, veggie trays,antipasta salad & more. Our pizzas are reasonably priced and very tasty. Click on party packages for prices. If you bring in ice cream, you are welcome to store in in the freezer as long as it fits. Please call the office if you have any questions. We deliver your food 30-45 minutes after your party begins. FOOD ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY FOR YOU.
- Do you supply paperware?
- Yes, we supply plates for pizzas and small plates for cake, as well as cups, napkins, and forks or sporks. You will need to bring in your own cake knife, candles, ice cream scoop and spoons if you bring in ice cream. Our paperware are plain white design, you are welcome to bring your own theme if you prefer.
- Is socks required to play?
- YES, socks are required. If you forget them, they can be purchased from us.
What if I have low turnout, can I get a discount or down grade my package?
No, We staff our facility based on how many children may be there.
We recommend to over - invite to ensure enough children will come.
What if I am late checking my party, can I extend my time?
Unfortunately, we can not extend party times due to late check in because we may have a party scheduled right after yours. If there is time allowable to extend, we can do so for an additional charge. No discounts can not be given for late check ins.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Our party rooms have solid color tablecloths and some wall decorations. You may bring in your own decorations, balloons, or tablecloths if you like. NO pinatas, silly string,glitter, or confetti.
I forgot to order my pizzas. Can I order food on the day of our party?
Yes, that is fine if you are ordering pizza and subs. We always prefer that you order food 1 day ahead of your party. Party trays, Wings REQUIRES a 24 hour order notice to ensure availability. We deliver your food within 30-45 minutes of your party start time. If you have a special request, please call 814-881-7915.
Do waivers need to be signed?
Yes! Parents can sign their child's waiver at check in or you can download a copy on our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Parties cancelled more than 7 days of party date will be issued store credit. Parties cancelled within 7 days, deposit will be forfeited. No Cash refunds. So, please be absolutley sure of your reservation.
